Practice gratitude

Today was not my day. If I’m being honest, it just hasn’t been my week. It feels like it's just one thing after the other... to the point where feelings of stress, helplessness, and even anger are taking over. 

As I look back on this week, it's made me realize that when things don’t go our way, we tend to spiral down in a mindset that clouds our gratitude for it all. 

So I guess my message to all of you reading this is to not let your frequency of gratitude die down. Because life happens. And when it does, change your mindset to a sense of gratitude. Why? Well, there will always be more challenges and bigger obstacles as we get closer to becoming the people we eventually want to be.

If you don’t find gratitude despite your personal trials, having gratitude at all will be harder to see. Harder to feel. It may even become unhealthy for ourselves and those around us.

So, let's take this time to remember that even through this journey we call "life", there is always something to be grateful for.
