Raccoon Rounds was created as a space which aims to help people achieve their goals; whatever they may be.
Growing up, we all had dreams for ourselves. And everyone told us to work hard, set goals, have a strong work ethic, develop a network; and eventually you'll get there. But no one took us through the process of how to actually get there. A lot of us can probably relate, but there was a lot of "figuring out how to get there" yourself. A lot of "fake it till you make it." More thoughts of, "I have no idea what I'm doing." I'm sure many of you can relate.
But what Raccoon Rounds does is, it hopes to get rid of those feelings; at least lessen them. So together, as individuals and as a community, we can all get to where we want to be.
